| Werkervaring: | Andrew is a corporate finance advisor and valuation research expert with more than 25 years of investment industry experience and more than 20 years of corporate finance and valuation research experience. His primary areas of focus include purchase price allocations (PPA), impairment testing, shareholder disputes, tax and transaction-related valuations, fair value, portfolio risk measurement services and M&A advisory. He is a CFA charterholder, NIRV Register Valuator and ASA accredited senior appraiser in business valuation. Andrew is past chair of the Business Valuation Resource Panel (BVRP) at the Appraisal Foundation in Washington DC. He lectures on valuation topics at several Dutch universities, is author of USA Equity Risk Premium, June 2021, and has contributed to several other publications such as The Art of Valuation.
